Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005 and subsequent amendments, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Withdrawal may be communicated to Rocca dei Marmi by phone at +39 0183 086149 or via email at info@roccadeimarmi.it.
Once the request has been received, Rocca dei Marmi will refund the amount paid within 14 days. The refund includes both the price of the products and the shipping costs incurred by the Customer for the return. Please note that returns will only be accepted if the package is delivered in perfect condition, containing all bottles sealed and unopened. Returns of opened, partially used, missing, or damaged items after courier delivery will not be accepted.

Any complaints, assistance requests, or information inquiries may be submitted by writing to info@roccadeimarmi.it, always indicating the order number stated in the confirmation email received at the time of purchase.
Customers are also reminded that the European Commission provides an online platform for out-of-court dispute resolution, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Protection of Minors
Customers under the age of 18 are not permitted to place online orders, unless under the supervision of a parent or a responsible adult.
