With cash on delivery, you pay the courier directly when your order is delivered.

Yes, you can request an invoice at the time of purchase by entering your billing details during checkout.
Please ensure that you provide all the required information so we can issue it correctly.
If the order has already been shipped, it will no longer be possible to issue an invoice.
Depending on the destination area, delivery may take from 2 to 15 days from the date your order is received, unless unexpected delays occur.

For orders placed via email or WhatsApp, the shipping fee will be provided directly in our reply.

For this reason, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return goods within 14 days of receipt.
You may withdraw from the contract and return the purchased products without being required to provide a reason, provided that:
the goods are intact, unopened, and in the same condition as when received;
